But I didn't perform any alignment before since day 1. Shouldn't I do at least once? How reliable the factory alignment?

Test it on a flat road/floor (prefer to be pure flat). Put your gear to D and accelerate to a certain speed. Release your hands from the steering and let it go for certain distance to observe if your car is forwarding in a straight line. Otherwise, your alignment is most probably not good if your steering is starting to skew from the neutral baseline point.

By the way, is there a service called engine wash? Is it advisable to do it?

if u been sometimes not doing alignment and balancing, then its time to do so since u said got feel ur steering pull to one side.

for me, i do my alignment and balancing once every 6 mnth. or if serious like u said pull to one side (apply to all the road as some road usually is designed to be a degree lower to left as to avoid water from stattionary on the road) then better go and do so.

even u hit a big patholes also will cause ur alignment out and if serious, dented ur rim.

happy motoring

I heard from Perodua Service Agent that the engine wash will use or spray some kind of chemical to remove stubborn dirts.

You know how much? Would it cost in the range of RM 100?

They changed my insurance company from AXA to Uniasia.

It's really hard to find straight roads which are flat in Malaysia. Most of the roads got loop holes and bumpers.
