I strongly recommend 5 players on 1 team. Like I've said before, many experienced game admins have told me that 5 players on a team for CoD4 is just perfect and 8 players would be alright but maybe a little over crowded. So 5 players ftw!

I think 5v5 will be more appropriate cuz even if the maps are big this would require much more teamwork 2 cover the map thats the whole point... and 8v8 will be 2 crowded... imagine 8 snipers on 1 team....and if all 8 carry x3 frags well u get the point...

I'll vote for 5 on 5.

I'm comparing it with Battlefield because the maps in Battlefield are bigger than CoD4 and therefore, more players in 1 team and because CoD4's maps are much smaller, 5 on 5 would be more reasonable. Just my point of view.

Battlefield and CS are both tactical genre kind of games if you start to put some thoughts into it.

You say base on your xp as in your Battlefield xp or CoD4 xp? Cause based on ur previous post,

Holyboy, you're right. 8 Players and all with 3x Frag nades will be "overkill" cause that would total up to 24 nades in total. With 5 players and 3x Frag nades is equivalent to 15 nades which would save lives compared to 24 but I'm sure there will be teams who would use that strat to nade spam.

Yeah, I really agree that 5 on 5 is good and I'll have my 2 cents on it. PEACE!

ash, i am 26 years old ... 27 for this year ... i been through cs era, battlefield ... n now cod ... from my humble observation .... 8 will be nice ..
but hey ... i not the organiser here ... it's up to them ... to decide ... but 5 v 5 .... hmmm gonna be though ... can lift from 5 ppl in the team to 6 or 7 ppl ... is this a big request to king kong ?
