Last week Tuesday, I have called CIMB card center to requested access my credit card info, transaction thru CIMBClicks (besides, i am current CIMBclicks user ), the person in charge told me to wait for a PIN (send to me by mail) in order to activated it.
I felt weird when i saw My credit card transaction, info, summary suddenly appear via CIMBclicks today. I have not recieved any PIN, nor activating by myself...How come ar ? weird..any one can explain for me ? ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ One mOre thing, in my CIMB petronas CC statement.. as I can see thats cash rebate on my petrol purchase. But i wonder how they given 0.5% Rebate on other retail transaction. How i gonna know which merchants, outlet ,or shop will offer rebate? Is that 0.5% rebate applicate on all type of retail transaction ( except petrol ) or selected merchants only?? sorry for noob question here, as in i am new in credit card usage and i didt see any kind of rebate with my citibank clear card purchase. QUOTE(SnoWFisH @ Apr 28 2008, 04:37 PM) yks8845: the 0.5 % rebate is for all retail transactions. you will NOT get any points for retail transactions if charged to cimb petronas cc. Oh, no wonder i didt see any of point gained ..Thanks for your Info.for cimbclicks, all ur accounts is tied to ur IC. u can access other account information using ur original login name and password. However, if u want to do a fund transfer, u can only transfer funds from the account ur logged in to other accounts. if u want to transfer fund from ur other accounts u need to create separate cimbclicks account for them, and login with that account. a bit For cimbclicks, i thought if i wanna access my credit card account info i need to use another login name and password (create new one seperate account) as what the Customer services person told me. Added on April 28, 2008, 5:11 pm QUOTE(siutimtim @ Apr 28 2008, 04:56 PM) Gold card is normal already lo.
