Hhmmn..... For my CIMB case, I already got my ATM PIN and I just went to get my E-Pin. I have registered at CIMB website (First time login settled) but when I try to log in to see my account I get "General Transaction Error'. Does this normally happen? Do we need to wait for some time before we can use it? Thanks.

ok, i just back from CIMB.....there is no minimum request for petrol usage....so if you pam petrol RM50...then you can get RM1 rebate, then in you incoming bill, you just need to pay for RM49.... hmm....so rebate...

Just brought my CIMB Direct Access CC and IC, then can apply on the spot....and get small free gift....a FM tuner (mp3 player size) only...hahah....
Well, this CIMB Petronas MasterCard will share your credit limit, hmm....I guess that's why Free for Life....haha....anyway, my CIMB DA is just backup CC, so...it's ok for me....

coz...i thought I can apply and get more higher credit limit...hahaha....or get Platinum as I plan to sub card, since Platinum offer free for life for Pri and Sub card.....but for gold card, only free 1st year...sad

ok, just checked. No increase in credit limit. Same as my Mastercard. Maybe coz I didn't ask for any increase? That time just sign up only...didn't ask to modify anything.

Btw, to those who got their Maybank Petronas Card...how do you guys get the Free Zing card? Is it mailed to you? Coz I didn't get it at the Maybank Card centre when I got my CC.

2 weeks or more usually. Less if you have another card in the same bank you're applying.

I would like to apply for Maybank Petronas CC, but the problem here is that my Maybank savings account is not so active (since my primary account is CIMB).

Is there any possibility that my application will be rejected due tu my savings account is not that active?

hmmm sounds not so good .... whats the point if it can auto reload in smart tag la ... za douz ... they charge rm2 is ok with me .. since when i reload at the atm it also charge me rm1 .. liaw ..

reloading TnG at MBB ATM charges only RM0.50. I can confirm this..

That's cool... but did u ask why the credit limit is the same?

Mine's the same...sharing with the classic card. Even my RHB bank cards are sharing the same credit limit.
