I'm KIV Unicorn for other thing... still got several box not fix la.. can stop purchase for 2-3 month and learn to paint those kit.... maybe its time for me to buy AB.... kind of jealous to see all the other kit in good color...

Not yet, I think it highly unlikely that the store will have it today, unless some seller get it from Hong Kong which already run out of stock, most likely after the official release. And also, no double post Denise Lee, it agaist Lowyat rule as I remember.

but if you want the japan version one...i think now still got at kino there but your exia is 1:60 la...the mag decal all for FG, 1:144 and 1:100 only nothing for 1:60 |

jus make sure ur decal paper are meant for laser printer:) coz u can't use the inkjet one for laser one and vice versa:) |

The front skirts on Unicorn also needs to be reconfigured. check dalong for the pics. apparently, to allow the crotch armour to transform, the side skirts are linked to the main waist area. which means...mobility is further hindered...sigh...the legs would probably never go above 45 degrees. which means the kneeling pose is not possible... |

Lol, ya, Wing suppose to be smaller than early UC Gundam. But atleast it taller then Victory Gundam, I sure wish for this Gundam to come out in MG, but it will just be 15cm tall, lol.

Wah... apart from the crap waist skirts, there are more failures in Unicorn... The shoulder joint is fixed to the chest so that it cannot move at all. The manual shows square pegs for the shoulder joint which is fixed to a chest plate with pegs joining the white armour plates. Zero movement I suppose.
Think 1/100 Justice/Freedom... This is even worse than the crap knees. Without a movable shoulder joint, virtually no cool poses can be made. Meaning the Unicorn cannot hold its weapons with two hands while pointing the gun/bazooka forward, nor can it do a two handed samurai slash. Bandai IS FAIL. If they can give the Zeta ver2.0 such good articulations, there's no reason not to give it to the Unicorn. I'd sacrifice the transforming gimmicks for posability. With NG 1/100 Exia and friend, you can pose it to the extreme, it anticulation is better than those older MG and almost on par with current MG standard. Just the hand and lack of inner frame is the different between those two.
And to KyoLee, if you want bigger, get the 1/100, if want smaller one, then get HG 1/144, both of there posibility is very good, way better than the seed and destiny line. I'm sure going to get HGUC ReGz, and if sazabi, Nu Gundam, and maybe Jegan also come out, I be sure to get them. |

, it only come out in HG cause HGUC if only for UC base MS. Zaku II is very famous, frm what I read, when those few early MG just came out, the Char Zaku II and the normal Green Zaku II each outsold the Gundam eventhough Gundam come out 1st. But shamefully I only own Gundam currently. Guess I need to plan on how to get the MG Zaku II ver 2 now, cause so many Gunpla I want to get. Money never is enough for this hobby, some more I am a student, so I suffer more headache when getting a Gunpla. |

Every year also got Bakuc ler... but it's only these few years that they decide to sell cheap kits. The one I visited in 05 (still called BAKAC then) sold kits at high prices although still cheaper than Litt Takk prices.

hmm ic..it seems i need 2prepare my 1.5litre water and my tiny note~to begin my journey of survey~to survey which place selling dengeki is the cheapest~(as i noe now in market wont sell dengeki(rm8) heard from my frenz bcoz oredi being blocked(of those ahem figurine picutre)
bcoz of G haiz so if wan oni can buy from these shop which got help us bring in..hopefully wont like last time i buy it..all using black marker censor the part..which Ahem..feel so disappointed.. |

Hmm, if Exia is about to be MGfied, the fastest will be end of next year. Good example is MG Strike Gundam , which go on sale on October 2003, one year after the series begin (Gundam Seed started to be aired at early October 2002)

Anyway, I guess I won't be going to Aunt Lenny's shop anymore. I bought an Ultimate Bumblebee (hasbro not takara) from her but I went back the very next day because I was not happy with it. Right side blue headlight was not working, The right arm cannot snap into place in car mode,both doors can't close properly plus a black mark on the top of the car roof. The rest like mechanical arm movement, engine sounds when reversing or moving faster all works fine. Then she accuse me saying I played with it wrongly and must have did something to spoil the light. She kept saying -ve things to me in hokkien, since I always converse with her in hokkien. I was shocked and annoyed . I have bought like 5 or 6 MGs from her before and never returned any of them before. We were aways in good talking terms before this incident.Without me prompting anything, she proceeded to open her cash register and refund me the sum I paid for it. This also surprised me but I just kept quiet, took the money and once again told her I did not try anything funny with it and it had all the problems stated, out of the box. It's not her fault if the unit was faulty and hasbro's QC is to be blamed. But this is an electronic device, and should have some kind of warranty at least for a week. I also should have taken the Toy's R US unit I saw earlier at Midvalley. They have 14 days exchange@refund service. But I decided to buy from her and give her the sale. I never imagined it would end up like this. |

yeah guess you can't blame on aunt lenny too for not giving any warranty for the unit. Toy's r us is a big company and they could reject faulty units directly back to hasbro while aunt lenny can't do that coz she's sourcing from other dealers and opened ones probably not returnable. This is understandable... but at least she pay back the money to u and this probably to make u feel better.

Yes. I am thankful that I got my money back, RM3XX+ is alot of cash. But I am still disappointed with how it turned out. It's like I kena halau verbally from her shop like I am a criminal, when a few days earlier we wished each other season greetings.

nlik, did u check on that day u purchased UBB from aunty lenny? If u bought from tm the aunty allow u to check the stuffs u purchased. Eg. gundam. Last time i bought 1/100 akatsuki, that auntie opened the box and allowed me to check n I found out some of the part the gold color (bling) got dirt (not sure wat is it - look like glue 2 me

wmconan, I trust that she won't pass to me a lousy item. I also never bothered to check when I get Gundam's from her and it's been good so far.
Unpacking the ultimate bumblebee is hard work. Alot of wires to untie and rubber bands to cut or remove. Transforming it the 1st time takes about 30 minutes if you have never done it before. Furthermore, it would be impossible to know the flaws in car mode when it's in the robot mode as displayed in the box. So it's not exactly easy to check Ult BB when you are at any shop and not as simple as just looking at the packages and counting the spruces of gundam kits. Thankfully... for those question about unicorn at showoff thread...
yes i comes with 2 horns... and also this kt is kindda hard to build...many parts also also small so far i dont come across parts that need extra careful with it...all just like normal other kits... to me the hell with limited bending thingy...this kits looks damn great all the joint are like turn a and other kits that didnt use poly caps |

Day 1) Unicorn in-the-making: MODDING THE PAIN IN THE A$$ KNEE JOINT
As the title suggest, This knee modding is indeed a pain in the a$$. Throught trial and error i almost ruin the whole damn knee! Luckily, It is still savable. Anyways, I won't dive into the details of what i modded. I'll leave that to when the whole kit is finished. Main thing is, I DID IT!!!!YATTA!!!Before modding, knee bends about 75-80 degrees. After modding, knee bends 180 degrees!! After placing on the armour parts, knee bends 120-130 degrees (Mind you, I DID mod the armour without sacrificing looks. And this is my second time trying to mod anything. So i still lack experience...) I would post pic's, but my trusty phone's battery is dead. So, maybe l8r if anyone's intrested. Mind you, After placing on the armour, The leg can only bend about 120-130 degrees. In the normal mode, It Bends about 90 degrees. Destroy mode, It bends 120-130 degrees. Thats the maximum limit unless you wanna strip off the rear end armour.

Here's a pic of the mods I made. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « as you guys can c, I replaced the tubes which obviously hindered movement of the upper thigh. then came the problem of the lower armour which dosen't permit further movement as it gets stuck with the thigh armour. I had to remove a portion of the lower armour based on the groves which i then widened using the cylindrical plaplates. Had to drill some holes here and there to enable the separated armour parts to link back to the main body. As what I am describling is most likely hard to imagine, the pic will explain everything else. That is all for now. gotta work on the second knee. I may post a pic l8r with the armour parts off. WAH... very advanced level of modding... I cannot do it hehe... Then again it looks real ugly when the knee is flexed all the way back as the knee armour protrudes too far outwards.

hm, after the mods n assembling, will u spray/brush a layer of coating/color on the mesh wire behind the knee?
i mean, will the color tore off from the wire mesh after a coat of surfacer n a coat of color been applied on it? anyway, great job too |

Hey guys ! I just decided to start Gunpla-ing.Since it is Christmas,so I bought myself the first ever Gundam .
Pictures will show what i bought >.< . 1/144 EXIA  and 1/20ATM-09-ST SCOPEDOG  and BOTH !  I am thinking of getting those tools needed before i start building them . Hopefully before school reopen . XD |

is there any MG for strike freedom? i have seen a 1/60 scale with lights in it my friend bought it but an MG grade is there such a thing?

It was released in Full Burst Mode (bling2) version (cost 7000yen or around RM250 ere) n d normal non bling2 version for around RM150-160 ere Go to www.dalong.net to check out the sweet looking mech |

IIRC Fantasy Toys in Lowyat Plaza still has the Strike Freedom FBM. The Wing Zero a bit harder to find, but I think there also got stock. But shop around the Bukit Bintang area for a good price.

sure laa but not every shop has the MG do they....as i already myself own the HG strike freedom 1/100 scale just wanted to get an MG instead now

No, it isn't Gundam Exia.
This Gundam came from Mobile Suit Gundam 00P, where in the year A.D.2292, Ruido Resonance (male) introduce it for the 1st time to Chall Acoustica (female), 16, as the Celestial Being organization integrated computer, Veda, had her eyes on this girl. This happened in Krung Thep (taken from Thai, meaning "City of Angels"), a space colony floating in Lagrange 3, constructed for the development of Gundams. This colony was the farthest from the moon, thus it has no neighbors. At this time, it's still 15 years before the strike of the Gundam Meisters in Exia, Virtue, Dynames and Kyrios. For a long introduction, it is time I revealed the name of this sexy Gundam, GNY-001 Astraea.  It's name was taken from the Goddess of Justice, where she carries a sword in her right hand and scales in her left.
