First,

My urgent document post by bank take 4 days to deliver
When call the customer servis which is very rude and after more than 20 times trying, she tell me the postman already attempt to deliver but no one at home ...u know what??..she tell me their man arrive at 7.30 pm and see no one at home and go back to office. Damn crazy ...at 7.30 i already switch on the lamp and all of my family already at home...why dont try to call ??..or dont have prepaid ?..pity lorr..

The customer service like a longkang.

Second , my parcel didnt arrive at all and missing somewhere..

Third..my parcel arrived after 3 days..i think better use normal pos malaysia with stem 60 cent..

im still waiting for my parcel from skynet..its been 4 days now.no call or anything from skynet.
i already mentioned the seller (non lyn members) to use poslaju but he use skynet..maybe becoz its cheap idk.

i got bad experienced with skynet.my cheque book once missing when the bank use skynet service.

banyak kawan yang pernah keje dgn skynet reminds me to avoid skynet..sebab despatch yang keje di skynet banyak yang x jujur...dari kalangan mat rempit yang baru abih sekolah.

Does anyone know where is skynet shah alam is?I googled it but it the place it shows not that place anymore.

May I know what mean by collection (whr) ? This was my only status

SkyNet is a big lol. I called the service centre, the operator gave me the delivery guy number. So I called him and ask the status of my parcel, but he said no one at home which is a big joke. Me and my family was at home from morning until night. He informed will deliver back at 10AM next morning. I'm waiting for tomorrow, if still not reach, I will go and pick up the package at their branch next week.
