The is the worst f***ing courier ever. My fren send the item to me on Tuesday, then on Wednesday, they said delay due to bad weather and on Thursday again delay due to bad weather and now its Friday and its about to heavy rain here .. so the excuses they will give is bad weather. WTF is this f***ing shit courier is does. GO f*** YOURSELF SKYLINE.

i think it's better you fetch the parcel by yourself bro..they only just giving a lot excuses to not to deliver it..

I think most companies use SkyNet. When I joined my previous company they were using SkyNet as well.. but their service to my area was so bad (3-4 days delivery time) that I requested a change. to GDExpress. Which was only slightly better. Quite lazy to send to my office, I did the pickup mostly when I'm heading home or when heading to office. I think there are no affordable n good courier in Msia. Its more like try-your-luck-and-see-if-my-mood-is-good-or-not-courier. Even posLaju is not always consistant.

Item was sent from JB (to Kajang) last Thursday and I still haven't received my parcel.

The sender told me Skynet delayed it because of incomplete address, which is the same f***ing address I have been using for two years now. I had no problem with Poslaju, Skynet is terrible. This is the second time I'm using Skynet and the second time I have problem with it.

Is there a channel where I can complain about this? Maybe some kind of branch in the ministry or something? I want to see heads rolling in Skynet's offices right now.

agree with you bro..i ain't got no problem with poslaju for a long time i've used their services..only skynet giving me headache la..

Even better, they didn't even bother to update the tracking status.



Update:

I've asked the seller/sender to ask Skynet about my parcel and apparently the item is 'lost' (assuming it's lost) and is under investigation. The seller did said they would give me a refund or send them again (with new items) using Poslaju if there is no news on it by tomorrow. While this is not the seller's fault I think they're doing a class A in customer service, kudos to them. It's just that I kinda feel bad how Skynet could and would be a problem to certain seller/company and the said seller/company have to pay for the losses that is not actually their fault.

This is Kajang's Skynet branch I am talking about and with little Googling, it seems people in my area have had bad experiences with Skynet.

my parcel reach thier skynet office for few days ago.
The staff call me, said that Monday they sent the parcel for me, but nobody at home. I'm in my house for whole day, and never see skynet ppl. they said, they lv the notice for me in my house. but i really cant found it.
Skynet staff said they will send it on Wednesday. But when call thier office, they said they dont know. than i call them again, to check the tracking no. they said my parcel still in office.
Why the skynet service so bad!!!!!

Was supposed to receive a parcel the other day from KL to my place in Seremban.

After 1 day, i didn't receive the item. Checked the website, it said recipient wasn't at home. Didn't even leave any notice. Could've called me to check as i could've asked them to give it to my neighbor.

Next day, I called them at 9AM and the girl said that they'll ship out my order later. I called at 2PM again and then she said the item is under 'problem shipment' so the driver didn't take it with him. I told her that I am at home and can receive the item. Since it was a Friday, she said no one will be there until 3 something.

She called me at 3.30PM and asked if I could wait until 6PM. I said sure. Then 4pm-ish, i believe they started their deliveries. At 5.30PM, i received a call from the girl. She said her driver drove to my place, but I wasn't in. He rung the bell but no one came out.

I told her, that I was at home all the while and that there is no doorbell at my place.

This is the tricky part. My house shares the same name with another area that is very very very close except for 1 small difference in the name. Most drivers would get confused and would call me so that I could guide them. This guy didn't even call me when he was outside the house despite having my number on the parcel.

He went back to the office and the girl called me. I explained to her that that wasn't my place and I spoke to the driver. I told him how to reach me and what car I had at home. He finally arrived at around 6.45PM on his motorbike.

walao nobody picking out the phone!! I keep calling keep getting call drop! I can't check the status for the package!! Can't be send out from JB since morning 10am still havent reach KL Subang branch!! This is ridiculous!

You try calling this number cincai press 1 ext and see.. straight someone over there will put down or busy tone. Is this how they treat their customers???

i bought item from forumer on 12/10, he posted from cheras on the same day, and my item already arrived at bukit mertajam on 13/10 morning, but they again delivered my item to another branch/centre (seberang perai selatan) and this morning 14/10 i check again the website with tracking number, they only out for delivery at 10am. they need 1 whole day to travel from bukit mertajam to whatever seberang perai selatan??? why cannot deliver at the same day on 13/10?? WTF!!

and now i'm worrying miserably in office because i dont know the parcel got reach the address or not..... at home, my aunty, my grandma and grandpa are there.....

later will make a call back home to check, sigh.......

no need call coz all now one number nia (their one number is used for all branches)... I really really hope is their phone issue. Will try again tomorrow. If call tmmrw oso same result then u know wat sort of service they providing liao. Time to switch to Pos Laju. I find them much more efficient and cheap also.

Finally got some answers as to where it is -__-

Could be still stucked at one of the centers at Sentosa. Coz they will drive around delivering stuffs and if can't make it at subang they will stop at the other center (at Sentosa) for the day.

What's so hard for the phone operators to tell me that? I really despise services that can't even get their call center to support properly!! (i'm working as a technical helpdesk analyst which explains my xtra rage when I go through such a shitty service. )

Great, here I am with my items still not in my hands and I thought I was going to call them tomorrow.

This is my first and last time using Skynet. Gah!

Thursday was the first delivery but no one heard them. Fine. They left a note. I called them to make sure my delivery gets out tomorrow.

Friday I assigned someone to stay at home, watching the gates the whole day. They never came. Yet when I checked the online tracking, it says no one was home. WHAT??? No notes this time. Liars.

It says they will reattempt to send tomorrow (today). I called just now to make sure I get my delivery today but the phone machine told me to call during their operating time. Monday to Friday.

Yet their note stated Saturday has an operating time from 9 to 12 noon. What is going on!

So now I'm sitting here like a fool waiting for my package.

I often purchased stuff online and usually I pick Pos Laju, it never had any problem for me. Tried Kangaroo twice - at least my stuff gets here. Skynet was not by choice this time.

i think skynet can only be relied on if you collect the item yourself... i heard so many stories about them farking up delivery to home, don't think i'll ever use their service to do so ever again. Heck whatever it is will stay far from using them. -___-

Personally, our local courier services all has problems. I've been lucky that skynet n kangaroo couriers all worked well for me so far *touch wood* but judging by the complaints from this forums n the equally big flaming party over on kangaroo thread, I think both are no better. Poslaju seems to have improved tremendously though.

do they have many branches? the online tracking did not say my parcel is out for delivery today

i just want my stuff here so i can take a look during the weekend

going to any Skynet branch would be better coz their phone service is broken -__-

u have no idea which branch is it going to? Maybe u can post the logs here, it shud be written there when you check the PO at the Skynet site.

oh gosh, my fren is choosing skynet to get her items sent to her.... and she said skynet is cheaper than poslaju, thats' why she chose skynet.
