last time skynet sent my stuffs to ipoh while im in tapah, called them and they admit that they have sent to wrong branch, and will resend it to tapah later.. since i need the stuffs urgently so i drove for 30 minutes or so + rm7x2 toll fee to pick up the item myself. their counter personnel all buat muka innocent one..

so far i had better exp with poslaju, kangaroo, citylink & airpak

If open account with Skynet, I must deposit RM500, right?

Do skynet have minimum billing amount monthly if open account?

sorry to ask, I have not use Skynet. Are there any difference between normal Skynet and company ones?

Because i order stuff from Dell and they always deliver using Skynet. I saw inside their truck full of Dell packages. They usually call me before coming to my house. But so far no problem with them.

like my advice earlier. Skynet is good for company courier or account holders. They will service them like 1st class. If individual post, they won't entertain much.

Owh like that eh. I'll keep that in mind. Luckily there's no Skynet around my area. Nearest is Gombak/Ampang. I use Pos then.

On Sept 15 (Thursday) a nice lady called me up to confirm my address and whether I will be at home on Saturday (which is today) or not. I told her I will be and I specifically told my dad that I don't want to go out today. The lady told me that my parcel will arrive before 1pm and that was the end of the call. I waited and waited and waited before I gave up and tracked the parcel. I don't even know where the hell is CR3! I can't find it on their station locations page!! On the top right of the tracking page, it says "SIN" but it better not be in Singapore because my address was bloody double-checked by the lady that called me up. One week is just too much. Lousy rubbish service.

P/S - I'm staying in PJ. My parcel should be at code PJY station.

i also have problem with skynet service also..order stuff from VIP forumer..

agree with him using skynet courier as before this

i bought a lot of stuff from other seller that used skynet as their courier..

and i kinda trust a bit la becoz skynet not giving problem to me before this..

and one day..i tried to tracked my parcel that i bought from the VIP forumer..

and suprisingly..skynet had made a mistake delivering the stuff to my places and endup..

pass it to other region branch that it shouldn't be.. so i just check the AWB images..

the seller wrote my address clearly right..but i spot the mistakes came from skynet itself..

they wrote wrong sky code (skynet region code system)..so i just call their 'wrong delivered' branches..

and they admit their fault wroting the wrong code endup sending to wrong branches..


after the parcel already arrived at the right branches..i tracked it once again..

they start the delivering process at 10 am (a bit late i guess)..

but until 1 pm im waiting..the postman didn't come to my house..so i tried to call their branches

and they said delivering in process..just wait..but until 4 pm the postmen didn't come to my house..

once again i checked the tracking..and WTF!! the status still in delivering process from 10 am

straight away i call to their branches and asking them what's the problem going on with my parcel

they just calmly said.."still in delivering process" (in 5.30 pm i made the call late becoz giving them chance to made delivery)

but i said "it's already 5.30pm" so they checking2 properly..they said actually my parcel still have at their branch

but i replied "at the tracking status already update in delivering process and i also called you to confirm it.."

after that..the operator transfer my call direct to their branch manager to settle it..and i said "i want my parcel today becoz the

status already said in delivering process"..so with the kindness of their branch manager..the manager himself made the delivery

to my house (infront of my door house terus ) and also said very sorry for late delivering (parcel arrived 6pm)


P/S: i also shocked when the manager itself came to my house, but i receive the parcel in great condition..no faulty at all

called the local courier office, no body pickup call.
and i didnt get any msg what so ever left by them, even the pos laju will left u with some sort of notice card.

i don't think skynet will leave a notice card like poslaju did..u must track it if u want to know what the status of your parcel bro skynet in my place no problem to pickup call same as the 'wrong delivered' my case branch also..they picked up the call

Skynet is a lousy courier, they always take 2 days to deliver my stuff and funny thing is their depot is at the same area with where i live and i wonder why they need to take 2 days to deliver my stuff....got 1 time i call up their office in 3 different time(morning, afternoon and evening around 5pm) and guess what? nobody pickup the phone, it's like nobody is working.... I used to thought pos laju was bad but now comparing them pos laju was 1000 times better lol, gonna get my seller to put on pos laju next time even if i have to pay more.

i think this is my first time skynet k. terengganu didnt call me to tell me i have a parcel. and i still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. their tracking system stated 'out for delivery' since 11.00am yesterday and no update after that. never happen like this before.

so far no problems for me using skynet, i use it once in the blue moon.

im happy with skynet, but they do damage my psu before. but still if possible i keep on kangaroo..
