Here's another story about Skynet everyone care and love about!



Ordered an item from another forumer last week, item supposed to arrived last Thursday; it didn't. Ok fine, maybe tomorrow then.

On Friday, still no delivery. Went to check on their website for tracking, my AWB does not exist. Felt somewhat worried and contacted the seller about this, he said he'll get into it.

Got a reply from the seller. Apparently they just updated the server.

Right. I was at home during that time. I called their office and they ( a girl picked up the phone) ask for my tracking number, and then went into silence. Later then she ask for my address, which I happily give it to her (as if it was not on the parcel?), and she said maybe the courier guy can't find my house. Then I gave her my number so the courier guy can call me if he can't find my house. I live in Kajang btw.

I'm a very patient and lenient person, but when it comes to something that involves my money I expect to receive a good service and can be quick tempered when my expectations are not met. I don't think I'll be receiving my items today, maybe in a week, but f*** it I won't hold my hopes up and I certainly won't wait that long. I need that item right f***ing now.

I'll just order another one with Poslaju, just because I can.

Item was sent from JB (to Kajang) last Thursday and I still haven't received my parcel.

The sender told me Skynet delayed it because of incomplete address, which is the same f***ing address I have been using for two years now. I had no problem with Poslaju, Skynet is terrible. This is the second time I'm using Skynet and the second time I have problem with it.

Is there a channel where I can complain about this? Maybe some kind of branch in the ministry or something? I want to see heads rolling in Skynet's offices right now.

Update:

I've asked the seller/sender to ask Skynet about my parcel and apparently the item is 'lost' (assuming it's lost) and is under investigation. The seller did said they would give me a refund or send them again (with new items) using Poslaju if there is no news on it by tomorrow. While this is not the seller's fault I think they're doing a class A in customer service, kudos to them. It's just that I kinda feel bad how Skynet could and would be a problem to certain seller/company and the said seller/company have to pay for the losses that is not actually their fault.

This is Kajang's Skynet branch I am talking about and with little Googling, it seems people in my area have had bad experiences with Skynet.

These sellers are just as bad. In my experience most of them will deny you if you request for Poslaju with the the excuse of "hey it works for me". Of course it does for them (since it's only pickup) but why would one want to buy from a seller who will end up torturing their customers by using Skynet?

Skynet is a piece of shit service and we should vote not to use them with our wallet. Don't give any money to them.
