I finally received my package yesterday. I had to call and confirm with them the delivery time.

When I asked them why my delivery did not come on Saturday even though online tracking said so, the lady just told me " itu saya tak tau" ..

guys. i need help or consultation. i bought a Cooler master notebook cooler from a seller, Castle IT advertised at lelong. the seller sent me the wrong color. i can still bear that.

However the fan is broken due to shipping caused, i guessed (or maybe they send me a spoiled item). It's a Skynet service. The parcel arrive this evening.

The thing is i'm going to Terengganu tonight for 1 week; and the parcel posted from selangor to penang. right now i'm in penang.

My question is, can i deal with skynet at terengganu branch instead of skynet penang?? if i want to deal with skynet penang, it may not be valid anymore after 1 week

mayb you can explain ur problem to the seller in lelong and see how the seller responds.

i don't think skynet branch in terengganu will help in this case, cuz the cooler never reach their branch, i doubt the workers there will entertain you.

The best way should be dealing with the seller 1st then both sides complain to skynet. After few tiring & long complaints here and there, you'd probably see the outcome. PROBABLY.

You can ask your seller to submit the claim?

Yeah, Skynet totally sux.. My stuff stuck at CR3 now.. call them and they ask me to wait for the delivery, But ends up nobody come...

u're lucky d, cause u still received note ....
They claim come to my house but nobody there, but when i check CCTV, don't even see any person infront of my house for whole day, i bet they send ghost to do the delivery .....
