Ya did the initial payment by 28th Feb, right? 28, 29 minus saturday and sunday with today 3rd of March - that makes 3 days... Hmm, I think ya should try contacting ya bank whatever bank ya using. I use CIMB and their email response is actually quite good.

Well, I've solved my CVC problem, it was my own mistake, Yesasia cleared me after I've corrected it without even the need for the photocopy of my card, I've even save $US 5 with a coupon code for new customer.

i already got my money di.. their email reply is so slow.. but get the job done..

Well, maybe in the past, but Yesasia do ask for CVC now, probably why they don't ask for photocopy of the card from a new customer anymore...

y i cant use the card at petrol station?? anyone know the prob?? when i insert the card it will detect tune visa card then said transaction failed...

Which machine you are referring to ? EDC or the EFT machine attached to the petrol pump ?

i tried it 3 times at different shell station but still cant use...is it must have a lot balance only then can use at petrol pump coz i only have RM30 inside it

Hmm, how much were ya gonna pump? RM30? If ya gonna pump exactly RM30, ya need atleast RM40 in ya tunecard, since there should be a minimum of RM10 left in the account, well, I think so if according to here...

No, they don't send a monthly statement, it's all online, well, unless ya ask them, which comes with an extra charge...

Tunemoney's online statement usually update within a week or less though, which is faster...

Have anyone tried withdraw paypal fund to tunemoney? I tried. Completed buy my tunemoney statement has no balance of it. I withdraw USD350. Its been completed 3 days ago. Until today, there were no balance in my tunemoney. Any problem?

If im not mistaken, u need to wait at least 5 days to received ur money in ur card
