What we need now is someone who know how to deal with the law. Someone who is expertise in law as retracting charges to SB will reduce the chances where SB will be jailed even thou the police still hold the charges against him.

Because even if he's found guilty, the court cannot compel him to pay his victims back. He can be fined and jailed for cheating, but that fine goes into the government's coffers and not into your pockets. The quantum of the fine is also according to whatever section of the Criminal Procedure Code (CPC) under which he is charged. They cannot exceed that stipulated by the law.

In many cases, victims can engage a lawyer and sue the perpetrator, but in our case, we can't even decide on simple things like whether or not to lodge reports, let alone engage a lawyer. Also, not to mention lawyers are super expensive these days...

you think our gourvament will help him pay the money to us?? once he had been judge for cheating...case close means no refund , gourvament protecting.. asat

so now really SB having court case oredy..? aih.. the hope of refunding will be lost, gone.. if court case then the probability of him going jail is like much more now..

i think our money is cooler than water ...rm19680 is gone . i cant sleep as well if i cant get back my $$$$. sigh..what i can doing now????i m the bigger victim at here .

If SB goes into jail, there's nothing we can do about it and yes, you can kiss goodbye to the money. After few years, he will be released from jail and start a new life over again, but with a black record.

if DPP/judge is on our side, then we could put forward a request to force stronbaby to pay everyone back whatever the outcome of the trial.

Haven't we realize our refund consider burn long time ago when SB act like no fking care despite numerous time
we try to reach an agreement with him. How many times he has fooled us around giving empty promise? I lost count.

We reported a crime. It is the most rightful thing to do.

Time to be more united, join up for MCA reporting and have the MCA guy work for us on how to get back our refund in this case. Especially for those who got big amount in there.
