Does HELP offer History at A levels? The HELP website says no but a pamphlet I obtained from a HELP booth at an education fair last year says History is offered.

Which one better? HELP UC Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or HELP-UEL BA Accounting & Finance? As it seems HELP UC degree has more professional paper exemptions, and UEL is more expensive but it's getting oversea cert. Could anyone enlighten me please? smile.gif

Basically, the HELP UC programme is a homegrown programme by HELP while the UEL BAF programme is an external degree programme. I was previously from the UEL BAF programme, both programmes are able to obtain maximum exemptions for ACCA, for CPA and other accounting qualifications you better go and ask them properly to confirm about this. However in order to obtain the maximum exemptions for ACCA, in UEL BAF for the electives you gotta take the accounting subjects as electives. So this doesn't give you much flexibility and freedom to choose other subjects that you are interested in. If I were you, I would go to the HELP UC Bachelor of Business programme. First of all the UEL BAF programme is relatively more expensive, and the quality of degree offered is not in par with the premium paid. UEL is a decent university, nothing special as well, the rankings are similar to other universities like Anglia Ruskin,Teeside, Hertfordshire. And you can get those degrees from other programmes offered by unis like SeGi for a cheaper price. Furthermore, currently the UEL department is quite desperate for students. When I was in UEL, my class only had about 10 people or less. I did not really like the environment and the lecturers as well. Many of the seniors also told me that the HELP UC programmes has higher standards compared to the UEL programmes. But in the end of the day, its up to you. Good luck!

Hi, I am planning to take up the psychology programme too. But I am still making one final decision whether it is going to be sunway or help. I do know that help is really well known for its psychology programme but is the 3+0 degree recognisable overseas? If I would like to continue my Masters overseas, would they accept my help degree? Also because the degree that sunway offers is from both sunway university and lancaster university in uk, i feel much safer. Can anyone help give opinions? smile.gif

There are psychology graduates from HELP who managed to get into UK. I think it will all depends on your CGPA.

If you would like to pursue your studies at Australia, you will need to take the 4-year program offered by HELP partnering with Flinders Unioversity. It is a 4 + 0 program. For your information, Australia will hardly accept 3 years honour degree from Malaysia.

If you want to pursue your studies in US, I would suggest to you take ADTP.

I am not sure about Sunway's Psychology course but HELP's one is quite good so far (I've just finished my first year). You might want to post at Sunway University thread to find out more. If you want to consider more options, IMU is offering Psychology as well smile.gif

All the best ^^

I was in HELP for ADP. I transfered and graduated in the US.
I'd say HELP psychology field is more than sufficient and HELP psychology level is high. Being trained in HELP psychology courses and professors, I am more capable in doing a better job in the US.
