Hmmm, I'm going to HELP uni for the May intake, to study Finance. It will be my first year degree in HELP. I wonder if I can get the booklist or anyone knows what textbook they use for Finance course (Year 1)

normally lecturers will tell you which books you should get and stuff.
then you can get the books from seniors or buy from the suppliers (if the lecturers got call them to come).

I'm planning to take foundation in business and then degree in accounting and finance at HELP CAT..
So I'm wondering if there's anyone studying Bachelor of Science (HONS) Accounting & Finance (UOL) in HELP CAT?
Is it good? Like the lecturers, environment, etc.?

how long do we need to wait for the offer letter about we have submitted all the doc ?

is IT degree course in help uni good?...i want to noe more about it

IT course at HELP is okay lecturers are very very knowledgable and damn friendly very conducive environment for learning, some ppl say its basic but then again, the education field here won't equip ppl enough for the ever changing IT world, one needs to catch up themselves too and i think HELP's IT advisory board plays a role there, perhaps you can visit them for better understanding

If you received the offer letter form HELP, I think they will specify the place and time to gather. Normally is at the main block, lower foyer.

For the book, it is better to buy it when you are studying at HELP cuz it will be cheaper. However, you can buy from the book provider as well (though he said it ill be more expensive if you are not buying it at HELP). You will definitely need

Ciccarelli's and White's textbook >> Psychology (3rd ed) (Not sure whether there is a 4th ed....) which costs RM 100. However, I do not guarantee that they will not change the textbook but most probably, they wouldn't change it.

Adam, are you taking foundation? No loan. Only when you apply for degree courses, then can apply for loan, also not 100%
My son is also planning to go to there for foundation followed by Degree in Psychology. But now can't decide either Help University (1yr foundation + 3 years degree) or Help CAT(4 years degree).

So you're gonna study psychology? Like what David said, there's the time and location you need to gather written in the paper when you get your offer letter, so no worries

About the HELP residence, i think you need to ask them. I'm not that sure about this.

Since this Sunday is the dateline, there's no time for you to gather the documents you need on time.
Usually, students will pay for their first sem money using their own money, they will then apply for ptptn from the next sem onwards. So you'll have to wait for the next application.

But just in case you need more info, you can always see Mr. Amran at main block regarding ptptn.

i have one question want to ask. If i choose to study Bachelor of Business (Marketing) (Hons), the requirement 2 STPM Grade C/ A-Level passes means any two subject of the stpm? Because i get both B for my pengajian am and chemistry.

Hi, I'm thinking of joining HELP for Psychology in September. Has anyone had experience with the lecturers there and are they good? Thanks in advance for your replies.

Psychology in HELP is considered the best in Msia and the lecturers are experienced...You would not regret joining it other than inactive clubs...
however, they recently changed the syllabus and most of the subjects do not have mid-term anymore...
50 or 60% for finals...
