I'm a female of 160cm and weight 58 kg.. ARGH~~ Hate to admit about that weight.. These days, i've been taking taking Herbalife products and going to the gym every single day for at least one hour..

15 minutez cycling burning around 80kcal,
40 minutes of fast-paced walking burning 250kcal,
Lastly, some weight training for my thigh and arms..
Having been exercising ever since i graduated from high school.. True Fitness rocks!! WHile exercising, i truly enjoy the loud music switched on that gives me the energetic feeling to get my ass on those cardio machines..

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meal plans:
Breakfast - A cup of Herbalife milk shake

Lunch
Before gym - A cup of Herballife milkshake

After gym -A cup of Herbalife milkshake

Dinner - A bowl of rice, chicken, fish, vegetable, taufu or anything i wanna eat

Supper: None
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After doing this for one week, i managed to cut down 3kgs.. Haha.. Hopefully could lose more weight to achieve my target of 48kgs!! icon_rolleyes.gif ALL DA BEST TO ME~~
Anyway, anybody here goes to True Fitness Hartamas??

well im not expert.. but
you sure eat lil... how can you survive 'eating' like tat?? wayyyy to lil.. how can you live the whole day wilth milkshake only?
IMO the best diet is something that you can sustain.. a realistic diet
.. do you think 1 or 2 months down the road you can still 'eat' like that?? sweat.gif

congratulation on 3 kg loss... but and are you sure you not losing water??? the worry is you WILL be at 48kgs.. but will you be able to maintain it afterwards... because once your body go into starvation mode...

" Rather than rely on crash dieting, fad dieting, and over-zealous fitness programs, a person would be wise to follow a moderate program that they maintain over time. Remember, the longer you can maintain your fitness program the longer you can maintain your new health." - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/changingshape4.htm

read here for info on starvation mode

I would say take the herballife milkshake away. Replace with this:
Breakfast: Milk + cereal + banana or whole meal bread sandwich.
Lunch: Rice + vege + meat + egg/tofu
Pre workout: Sandwich/Banana
Post workout: Protein shake
Dinner: Grilled chicken salad + cheese + tomatoes + ranch dressing

You can also replace the pre workout with your herbalife milk shake if you want to lar.
Above are basically my meals i usually take everyday. Minus the banana though.
I suggest you put swap ur dinner meal to be your lunch instead.
I'm no expert but this is what i eat plus i workout regularly. I still manage to shed some weight.

i'm no expert in dieting but i think you need to replan your meals, breakfast eat more, lunch normal, dinner less. you need energy to sustain your entire day. energy in = energy out

as for the 40min of walking i see you only use 250kcal, that's abit long and too little, instead of aim for just timing of 40min, hit for distance and time your record, try to beat it everytime you step on the threadmill. try target your first 5km in 40min. then reduce it to 35min, then try to 30min. i can tell you it burnss the fat.

if you want even higher burner it would be HIIT, training just about 15-20min. not really recommended for newcomers though.

Yup.. Herbalife ShapeWorks.. RM148 for a bottle of soy, and RM105 for a bottle of soy.. But i got it quite cheap, as i bought it in bulk biggrin.gif

Jaya33 TF?? It's super BIG over there huh.. I've been there once and got lost in the gym itself.. Kekeke.. Bad sense of direction..

I usually frequent the Hartamas and Taipan one, as one is nearer from my house and another very close to my university.. But i find Hartamas people more friendly though.. Even the personal trainers.. They're willing to teach me how to use the equipments, instead of bugging me to join their personal training..

I never train in hartamas b4, my pass only valid for Jaya here. By the way i dun like the trainer here too, owas wan me to join or dissing my tummy, and sumtime even offer free training method for me tat will work 100% and asking for my free trainer session, gosh those ppl are annoying.

by the way, the supplement u r taking, try to compare it with other supplement like "optimum nutrition 100% whey" or other brand like EAS, champion nutrition, u will realize that more o less the contain is the same...except the soy. but the price i think is cheaper if u calculate it as rm/serving. HEHE is jus my personal opinion, indeed if u have proper dietary plan, no matter wat u eat, u will still get the result that u wan. Neway, Good luck icon_rolleyes.gif
