I would say take the herballife milkshake away. Replace with this:
Breakfast: Milk + cereal + banana or whole meal bread sandwich. Lunch: Rice + vege + meat + egg/tofu Pre workout: Sandwich/Banana Post workout: Protein shake Dinner: Grilled chicken salad + cheese + tomatoes + ranch dressing You can also replace the pre workout with your herbalife milk shake if you want to lar. Above are basically my meals i usually take everyday. Minus the banana though. I suggest you put swap ur dinner meal to be your lunch instead. I'm no expert but this is what i eat plus i workout regularly. I still manage to shed some weight. |
