Read the statement properly please UP TO 27 months

Imagine a company with 10,000 employee, only 1 got 27 months.
But with the statement that public bank having bonus until 27 months, everybody will think each PB employee got 27 months bonuses.

Got any average bonuses info for PB?

prolly u can put the average bonus for PB.

up to 27 months is for manager level average as in overall is 6 months i guess

Say, if you and some colleagues got 6 months bonus, then you may put 6 months as the average bonus. Otherwise, this thread become kopitiam info..

Wahh.. very envy for those get 6-12mths bonuses.

The way your saying is like if everyone knows the average bonus. Unless they are the ones who does the bonus paying they would just give you a rough guess. Anyway just for your info managerial level gets average of around 20

I'm working at Silterra and already got 2.5 bonus for this 2008 year. Thats only for Q1 AND Q2 HEARD GOT MORE FOR Q3 THIS JANUARY COZ ACHIEVE TARGET.....

Silterra so generous? I thought this company not doing well recently and suffer heavy loss last couple of years? no?

PBB bonus depends on which department u r in .Mind you,bonuses are paid twice a year in PBB.

One is year end bonus which is fixed 2 months and the other is performance bonus paid in JULY depending on performance.

If your in sales,bonus depends on ur performance.U are top salesman,u can get 20-30 months bonus no problem.

But if your working in branch level as officer in front line operations or credit department or any other division besides sales,there is no frigging way u can get more than 20 months bonus.

For officers like me,we normally get 3 months performance bonus + 2 months year end bonus.

For manager level,branch manager gets up to 20 depending on grade and branch performance.Banking services manager in branch gets around 6-10 months bonus.

Yes there are so many factors to decide your bonus.

So to make it simple

Sales division: you can get 20-30 months bonus if you are top salesperson.Average salesperson, 2-6 months bonus.

Other than sales division : Just joined 1 year and above,get about 3 months performance + 2 months year end bonus

Wouldn't be the same for 2009 looking at how the prices of CPO is at the moment..
But that's quite alot. One of my clients, a medium-sized Plantation (Main Board) PLC's bonus was about 6 months max

Yeah, I realized that its up to 27mths. Was surprised the max bonus was 27 months. That's frankly alot.

No. Actually all these romours created by opposition group who thought that Silterra is managed by UMNO putras but if you take a look at the management team, 70% are chinese people and even non-local management employees are Taiwanese.....the company is actually good and output is quite good recently. But due to economic downturn, biz is quite slow nxt year, now in process of reducing production due to low order next year.
There's nothing to do with bad bisnes..dont believe in news spreading by stupid people.....Silterra achieve target almost every month and employee shld be gettin bonus by the way they work everyday......pressure and headache but well paid....

for ITSC, depends on your performance.. 2B=minimun 4 months, 3B=minimum 2.5 months.. this is based on past years bonus..
for this year you can forget it, the portion is already distributed to each department, and bare in mind.. some of them don't even have their PA yet.. so you should be lucky if you get 1.5 months bonus..

btw, the bonus is due this february..
