for ITSC, depends on your performance.. 2B=minimun 4 months, 3B=minimum 2.5 months.. this is based on past years bonus..
for this year you can forget it, the portion is already distributed to each department, and bare in mind.. some of them don't even have their PA yet.. so you should be lucky if you get 1.5 months bonus..

btw, the bonus is due this february..
