Wow you're all damn brave. The terms and conditions of your bonus are covered by the contract of your employment, which are PNC, disclosure of which means you lose your jobs. I suppose no HR ppl ever come here...

for a junior staff, my ex-co gives me 2 months bonus... i am quite happy with it. most junior's only get 1 month.
