I'm working at Silterra and already got 2.5 bonus for this 2008 year. Thats only for Q1 AND Q2 HEARD GOT MORE FOR Q3 THIS JANUARY COZ ACHIEVE TARGET.....

No. Actually all these romours created by opposition group who thought that Silterra is managed by UMNO putras but if you take a look at the management team, 70% are chinese people and even non-local management employees are Taiwanese.....the company is actually good and output is quite good recently. But due to economic downturn, biz is quite slow nxt year, now in process of reducing production due to low order next year.
There's nothing to do with bad bisnes..dont believe in news spreading by stupid people.....Silterra achieve target almost every month and employee shld be gettin bonus by the way they work everyday......pressure and headache but well paid....
