My bank paying Senior Operation Officer like me bonus from 2-7 months depending on performance and duration of service.Banking service manager gets about 8-10 months the same with Biz Manager and Branch Manager gets 10-20 months bonus depending on Branch Performance.

The bonuses will be paid out this coming 25th aug together with salary but i wont be getting any cos have not worked for 1 full year...

Bet you guys havent heard of ppl getting 30 months bonus right?

My aunt who is doing the accounts for a company knows of this guy who was paid 30 months bonus.His basic was RM 10k

But that was because he managed to close a deal on one of the most expensive products the company was selling and he did sell a few.IIRC,each one was worth at least RM 1million.

LOL..open your eyes and read properly 1st lah..lol..

Company cannot be revealed here sorry.But the nature of business is selling those scientific equipment.Thats all i can tell u.

Ya,he got about RM 300k and guess wat happened,he quit and open his own company!

PBB bonus depends on which department u r in .Mind you,bonuses are paid twice a year in PBB.

One is year end bonus which is fixed 2 months and the other is performance bonus paid in JULY depending on performance.

If your in sales,bonus depends on ur performance.U are top salesman,u can get 20-30 months bonus no problem.

But if your working in branch level as officer in front line operations or credit department or any other division besides sales,there is no frigging way u can get more than 20 months bonus.

For officers like me,we normally get 3 months performance bonus + 2 months year end bonus.

For manager level,branch manager gets up to 20 depending on grade and branch performance.Banking services manager in branch gets around 6-10 months bonus.

Yes there are so many factors to decide your bonus.

So to make it simple

Sales division: you can get 20-30 months bonus if you are top salesperson.Average salesperson, 2-6 months bonus.

Other than sales division : Just joined 1 year and above,get about 3 months performance + 2 months year end bonus

LOL,12 months? Only higher management like senior GM and directors and branch managers will get that much lah..

Normal officers working in the branch all where can get so much??!

Max is 3-4 months for officers only lah..

I am in PB,they giving 3-4 months performance + 2month contractual.
