when i apply for this job, I demand for 4500, the employer bargain to 4000 and i accept it without further nego. considering im getting only 3200 in my previous job and Im quite excited with this new job
A little bit regretted coz i immediately reply the e-mail and say yes to them, somehow now no point to regret and i aim to perform my best so they know why they should pay me higher.
Any guys want to comment or give input? im very welcome with it. thx

Even education low u can boost ask for higher pay with ur work experience
somehow just an advise is not to declare ur latest sallary as 1600 coz ur future employer will think twice to double ur salary
just state it as 2500 latest salary perhaps?

juz wondering, all this year u've been work ur ass of is there any increament?
