Is the lrt track at ground level or elevated ?

I am not sure how high the lrt pillars would be but if your unit is facing in exact the same level of the track then god bless u.

I have seen a real example of units facing lrt track - no ppl would stay there and no buyers at all - noices too unbearable.

The price up not oni happen in B.OUG Condo lah.....Hulu2 tempat oso up 60k-100k.....

But, the different is B.OUG support by "Future LRT", hulu2 tempat support by "speculators" ....

For those speculators jaga-jaga ya....
