Before they plan is the area beside the dewan sebaguna. There still have a "jungle" to waiting for tongue.gif
And the next station is near Nathan's Corner there.

My friend inform me that they are received a circular said that management propose to add sinking fund 0.03psf....is it true. rclxub.gif I told my friend that if the fee increase i will increase their rental.....they vmad.gif to me....wkwkwkwk.

oh........so expensive.....but for those have more than 2 cars force to sewa......LRT is coming....no more outside parking..... thumbup.gif

Many taiko bought below 80k.....3-4 year ago. They rent out now...just waiting the time to sell out....haha

Maybe they are not enough fund to sustain to maintenance the building. Just go through their income statement as per august 2010, the balance of the account not enough 200k, there is difficult for them to carry out repaint the building.

Maybe it is main reason to increase the fund.

I was told still have several millions $ not paid up by some of the unit owners yet.
i) Some will paid thru bank actions at the later stage...
ii) As for those current residences that still owning management office monies... please issue
them notice and give them time to react..or else please relocate to apartment else where will less
sinking fees or none..

If I can't affort Persona car, then i drive Saga lah..... i can't affort 500k condo, i stay at 150k condo
lah....if still can't affort ....i need to move to 50k apartment lah...

Those don't pay their maintenance fees for upto 3~4 months , please put their name and unit number
on the notice board , program their access card with "warning sound" to them as reminder.
Sorry friend... if want to stay in this Condo...please prepare and remember to pay maintenance fees
or please consider to relocate. Sorry.

As for painting of OUG Condo, get a 1 off fund collection for all unit holder. Then should solve this issues.

2) I have to say that those did not pay for management fees upto 3~4 months , the condo managment

Taiko keith, why start from car park podium first??? any reason??? It is when they doing the painting.....their oso help us to paint our car as well...wkwkwk. tongue.gif

If no specify reason, please lah the management save some bullet first.....b4 a big shoot mah.....

Regarding to long due outstanding balance, please lahhhh move faster to take the legal action, dun always discuss here discuss there and ended up delay again. I been hear this 3 years ago.
