As for painting of OUG Condo, get a 1 off fund collection for all unit holder. Then should solve this issues.

Yes, there is a good idea to put owner name and unit No on notice board, but one again is it against the law? We are disclosed ppl privacy.

haha, if the management really want to collect 1 off fund to repaint the building, how to justify the collection? By psf or total cost incur/total units?
If only 50% agreed on it, how the management going to force them to pay this cost, one again this is not under the law, they have the right to reject on this suggestion. Susah lah, friend.
