It could have been fast too even with bank loan, but I think you would have already read about my bad experience with OCBC in this same thread.

About 1 month after ding dong between my lawyer and seller's lawyer.

Luckily it is not that expensive, else can die standing... I'm gonna get even with OCBC later after I kautim everything.

That would be major reno lah. Don't think it is worth it since 775 and 791 sf units are targeted for 1 or 2 people to stay in at most.

Anyone did kitchen cabinets for their 775sf unit? Any pics to share and the estimated cost?

Wow..'cheap' one oso already 4-5k ah? Faint...

My unit flooring is all tiles, no parquet when I bought it from the previous owner. Surprisingly the door is still solid and not attacked. So for now, just need to replace the door frame. For kitchen, I'm thinking of concrete table top with 2ft tiles and MIECO melamine cabinets. The kitchen area looks something like this at the moment, wondering what colour combination would look best for the kitchen cabinets as I was thinking to repaint the whole place white as well.

As long as got wood portion, I don't think is immune to attacks. I will probably put termite baiting system also to kill off any nearby colonies if I see their roadways.

I didn't take loan although I tried to. Read my earlier history in this thread. I think PBB should be safe because the previous owner also took PBB loan.
