The Strata title at the last stage already, an estimate will be out in 3-4 months time. 10 - 20% will be increased again after the title is out.  |

Sighhhhh....too many condos around this area is going to halt the increase/appreciation of the current pricing here. Look at what happened at Sunway Mentari area since 2002.

Can I say The Seedz will be the closest to WCT projects? Don't think the launching price will be anything below 700 psf.
