Bro Keithcky, do share your findings on strata here. Btw auction for OUG after some time. The previous auction I went for, 30 ppl bid for 1 OUG unit.

Anywhere i go to check the 10-12-1 unit, seem like vacant quite a long time... a lot dust outside .....i think is good buy since nobody stay inside...less headache to halau ppl go out... tongue.gif
The only thing you need to consider is maintenance fee, better go to check with the management office.

I believe this unit will shoot up to 400k and above...seen this unit facing garden.
