Apparently, it is the managemeny style. No segregation of duty.

These ppl who own so much $, may end up deteriorating the sub sale value, and finally their investment are gone too. By that time, u will see them behave like cow parents.

but bukit OUG manangement lose OG height a lot...

OG height is the best maintenance in taman OUG>..

Now you say expensive, when the LRT completed, nobody will sell you at this price range anymore.

If you do thorough analysis and find good units and have spare money, just invest rather than putting the money in the bank.

How about Fortuna Court and Vila banyan? biggrin.gif

B.OUG not lose a lot to OG height lar....at least 80% on par with OG height lar.....if 3 year ago u said so....i will raise my leg to agree it....but 3 year down the road...there is a big chance to B.OUG.....if got time please drop by and have a look.... biggrin.gif

B.OUG will change a new face by this year....i believe the price will appreciate further.

Invest now u wont regret ... biggrin.gif

Give u some info surrounding condo currently selling price (psf). From there maybe u hv some idea which condo is in up trend and which one is better to invest..... thumbup.gif

I think 222222222222 was quite right.

the focus for the JMB should be on the default list, perhaps they should start blocking them, if possible.

Dun worry of this defaulters, they will suffer soon. Legal action already start from 2011 and now in the final stage, JMB have the right to auction their unit (Work with bank) to clear of the outstanding balance. Management have do their job, dun simply blame them lar.... smile.gif

Bro, this is not choice lar..... i am one of the owner ask the management to put the thing lar....

If memory serves me right, 3 year back when the Tamil school start to built, a lot of the work jz climb in and take bath at our public toilet. That's why i said no choice lor... biggrin.gif
