Mainteance fee - 775sf - $101/month
791sf - $103/month
1222sf unit - $159/month
1442sf unit - $188/month

When property price increase /on sale --bigger unit will profit more...
But i wonder why when JMB decide on buiding painingt fees -
smaller unit need to pay the same as bigger unit ?? ($500 flat flat)

i think JMB needs to revise this. hmm.gif

RM500 is small amount....after repainting i believe your property price with be increase more than this amount lor.....

But, 1 thing is true, i am not really agree on the sinking fund 0.05....how u think.

All the taikor / boss, may i know what is the asking price / bank value for the 798 sq, 1200 sqf and 1456 sqf unit? Manage to get the bank value. Interested to get one units? Anyone want to let go?

I thought I saw repainting started some time ago already. Perhaps you are referring to your block?

Sometime ago the painting only reach CL level, this time will go for whole buildings (14 blocks) + common area.

The painting process will take around 6 months, you will able to see new face of bukit oug mid of next year.

BTW, i heard that Seedz & Rainz project will be launch end of the year, who have bullet please stand by ohhhh. biggrin.gif

hmmm i managed to rent my 791sf unit out for RM880 . Demand quite good even though LRT not even completed yet.

ya... i was thinking of increasing to at least RM1,200

but if i increase, the current tenant dont want to continue... i hv to spend quite a fair bit to re-stall the current unit ...

and i m kinda 2 hearted whether or not to increase... hmmm
