There is 4 new development surrounding of B.OUG Condo.

Seedz, ZR, Rainz, Kiara 1&2......all will completed somewhere April ~ December 2014.

The picture one according to bro Keith....it is Rainz residence.

Very much possible due to land cost, I know another piece of development land near bomba traded at RM70/sf last year, another key factor to consider could be the proposed interchange which has been discussed for years..

dun forget by placing the store in between Kinrara and Bkt Jalil, JJ can conquer bigger mkt share. The proposed interchange by Ho Hup in order for them to successfully launch the Jalil City project, Jalil City clearly shows the interchange. If it is built, it will draw thousands of customers fr Puncak Jalil, Putra Permai, Bdr Kinrara, Kinrara Residence to shop in Jalil City, Jalil City shop offices are like to launch this year.

am for sure, the traffic jammed chaos will never end but will instead worsen in old klang road, bukit jalil and puchong.

Hohup possibility out themselves from PN17 end of this year.....i think Jalil City will coming back by next year...... biggrin.gif

You are absolutely right. A decent shopping mall is the only missing link for 'lifestyle' living in BJ, Kinrara.
