Hi, anybody knows wat is market price for lower floor units facing the townhouse?  Doesnt look good as the LRt is going to be rite in front.  How can they place the LRt so close to the apartment.  When I first bought the unit  in 2000, I fell in love with the view as all of the area beside the townhouses were all greenery stretching all the way to Bukit Jalil.  Now its all gone even up the hill.  OK wat to do ..... now the LRT is going to be just below my balcony.  Shouldnt we be getting compensation for these kind of things?  Why couldnt they have routed the LRT parallel to the Kesas Highway as that would the most practical place?

They already started building LRT there?

I realise this condo has a lot of.unit for lelong. u can check in iproperty to confirm.this..... what does it imply?

Initially plan the LRT is along with kesas highway and then route to "OUG Parklane" and then go to bandar kinrara, but due to give way to new development (I think lah) so their change the route in between Bukit OUG Condo & townhouse.

Itu LRT last time before we start buying bukit OUG condo already know it is there.

The planned LRT alignment that we seen in the plan last two years its the same like today.

Sorry to say that low floor and face LRT is very bad.

Sell it now, before pilling start 

Please focus on yellow line....

Maybe major of "OUG Parklane" buyer, c this map and go to booking loh.....

Today....jalan2 see the "Ho Chin Ming" map, found that ZR developer buy the land on Dec 2009 with RM 80psf and now sell at 320psf.....wow...4x lor...

Oug Parklane buy at RM48.50 psf, now sell at 250psf.......wow 5x lor......

Developer really suck money.....

Actually not many unit, all in property refer to same unit but different agent.

no, 2013 is for Kelana Jaya line....Ampang line completed at 2014

That map that you posted is simply draw by somebody its not even official.

I saw the Original plan b4, LRT will route to "One Jalil" not Bukit OUG.....but that one is old-old story.

Get or not get i dunno~coz i promised to gv my parking lot to once of the JMB member already since i didn't use & she really need it. Quite stupid, right? haha
But pay by her la, not me... gv mean use my unit to apply for her.

becoz i dun hv car, i drive motorbike de...can save cost   & my family all stay at outstation, they nvr think to drive car come to KL...coz feel tired~When i make the party at my house, i will request visitors parking from management. If i get the parking lot oso for invest purpose only, for sure not for own use... keke:D
