still fine. so long didnt use my x3i..not travelling. using speaker now with my mp3player biggrin.gif

btw wanna ask. will there be any good if i drive my x3i with an amp? rclxm9.gif

It will not be much significant difference.
It depends on your source mp3 player also...

it will oni have the differences if the amp is really superb, as this is designed for unamp, so most of us didnt pair it with amp tongue.gif

This evening, I left my mylars inside my side pocket and almost put them in the washing machine. Managed to save them in the nick of time.. phew.. sweat.gif

45 minutes trip to college.

45 minutes back.

Lunch 15 minutes.

Home listening 1 hour or above.

GG.

at least 2 hours 30 minutes per day.

hmmm .... i brought mylar x3i ... then ... put it in the pouch provided ... then take them to pangkor so i could listen in bus journey. .....
but later ... after i came back ....

some "gray" mark appear in the white mylar x3i -.-"
any1 experience this ?

After an extensive burn-in, the x3i now sound very good, it sounds much more balanced now, compared to when its new. The only complaint I have now is a bit too much bass. tongue.gif

hmmm , it is gray mark not mold , hahaha , but seem no damage to the driver =p

sieg u feel too much bass?
i think it balance out quite some bass after burn in ....

Burn in some more, and the bass will come back again, although much more controlled and tighter, but still a bit too much.

The burn in process I went through with the bass was:
Too much, uncontrolled flabby bass --> Too little, but tighter --> Alot less than first but still a bit too much, much more controlled and tighter. biggrin.gif

The bass is just nice for me =)

Not too harsh, solid deep and roundbass.

Love the treble of the X3i straight off the box but bass was abit on the down side. Hopefully after some time of burning in, the bass will be better. Still, i love my current X3 and hope this X3i is better. smile.gif

Any idea how long i should burn it in?

try to change to mid-sleeve, it will give u beter bass biggrin.gif
