Its dual-LED not xenon, from the looks of it the camera still have no cover. And besides still no touch. Dont think this phone will be out in M'sia till mid 08.

anyone know how to lower the volume when i'm playing some 3d games? i tried to press the side volume button but it wont works... only works when playing music... but not the other stuff...

With N96 into the market soon, the price for N95 8G will definitely drop, whether big drop or small drop, it is also good for the consumers who still want the N95 8G. Don't forget that the N96 is still stick with the BL-5F 950mAh battery, which is very poor battery life compare to the 1200mAH BL-6F N95 8G has. Some might take this into consideration. Not everyone need the 16G storage space, so it will be personal preferences when it goes to N95 8G or N96.

wah u guys so fast turncoat one. i not going to buy any new one in at least 3 years.

Storage is not my concern. 8GB is more than enough to use. What i want is faster performance (processor, ram) and battery life. No point buy this n96 for extra storage. Camera is still LED though. Memory card is the only advantage for me. I have problem transferring song/image. Very mafan have to do 'data transfer' when plug in cable.

the specs of n96 is really WoW.. but too bad it dsnt even look half as good as n95 8gb so i'm sticking to my plan of getting a n95 8gb..

maybe it's just me but things that i'd love to own have to look as good as they perform

Nothing beat xenon flash for still image, xenon is those flash used on standalone camera. Dual LED means, uh, to put it simple, 2 light bulb...

However, xenon flash cannot stay on for long time, just very short impulse. LED can stay on for long time, if software allowed to do it, you can use LED to record video with the light stay on.


Know what, I'm getting the iphone soon...So tempting la...It's not N95 8GB not good, in fact it's still the best all rounded multimedia phone. It's just that I'm getting less use on the functions already so I'm thinking of switching...At least not something too expensive lo 16GB directly from US around RM1700...

By the way, I've been staying in healthy GSM signal zone in the past few days. My phone fully charged on evening of friday, until now, still got 3 bars left! I only make calls and sms, and few mins wifi'ing, several pictures la. Just very light usage. But the standby time is the longest the phone ever reach...
