To check ISO (and other informations like shutter speed etc), download the jpeg, right click the file, "properties", "summary" tab and switch to advanced view (if it's in simple mode). You'll see lots of information including which camera was used for the photo.

The ISO setting in Nokia 5MP family is only ISO-100 (low), ISO-200 (med) and high (ISO-400). If need more than that you have to set it to auto, that's the limitation set by Nokia.

I never play with the sharpness, cause lazy to set it. Of course I'll always want more sharpness than smoothness but everytime I need to set flash off, white balance, and snap, or else I'll miss some scene due to late snapping.

Oh if flourescent light you must set it to flourescent, or else it'll always too "white" in auto mode.
