radar signal couldn't be stealth. frequency jumping is normal.

paf may has deployed unused/new frequency which iaf didn't have record or aware. hence, failed to realize the threat, or iaf pilot was distracted.

that's the uniqueness of AESA radar on 'stealth mode' and even the PL-15 a missile is fitted with a mini AESA radar
when many other countries air force can't afford AESA on their jets

radar by default couldn't be stealth. the pal pl-15 missile was likely guided by awac or launch aircraft and only turned on its own active radar at the last minute.

that's why japan F-15 pilot knew he got locked for 30 mins when J-15 radar not in stealth mode
'stealth' means not even the 5th gen jets is 100% stealth same goes to AESA radar

Yes, the paradigm shift is fully displayed in Ukraine. It seems that Western military planners are still slow to adapt. Maybe ours too. This is the age of hypersonics and drones. All those fancy aircrafts can fly but will have no airbase to return to once the shooting starts.

It would involved the usage of Drone, Autonomous vehicle, AI, Robotic, Hypersonic, Nuclear Submarine, Cyberspace, Hacker, Biotech, Satellite, Electromagnetic, BVR, Stealth & etc to neutralized the enemy. Boot on the ground is only for mopping up & secured the area, after it has been remotely neutralized.

No one ever have the experience fighting this kind of war.
