Update on this, I called to cancel my premier status before the new charges start as rhb (or any banks) fd rates are no longer attractive.

Plot twist: after cancellation confirmation call, they asked me to keep using my premier credit card and current account (cheque book).

Can someone make a list which bank need to maintain aum and which bank can fall below aum without penalty? Tq.

hi all, how to know/check whether i am premier customer? i know i am not one, but i have receive an email from rhb premier inviting me to a talk...

"You are receiving this email because you are an RHB Premier customer.", this stated at the bottom of the email content.

i worry they want to charge me the rm50...

Ring up their call centre and ask for your customer segment status or walk in branch and ask.

Alternatively check your statement. The top will have the wording there.

I received this email 2 days ago as well and i'm not rhb premier
i did walk in to rhb to increase cc credit limit that same day morning and got it night
