Not sure to be honest. Most priority banking seem to have similar benefits. I’d probably prioritize good service (obviously differs from person to person but hoping for company with good culture and ethics)

Depends on individual needs for Priority Banking. Prestige, better service, investment advice, airport lounge etc.

U may end up with RM chasing u on investment products.

Like AmBank, airport lounge privilege is good. OCBC Penang PB lounge excellent etc etc.

I had hsbc premier for yrs but din really feel very special about it until recently hubby got invited to Ambank signature. Well usually it’s very hard to get coins from banks but every time I go to hsbc I can get whatever amount I want, makes it easy for my business, I used to think it’s premier service at every bank but seem like I’m wrong. Also recently with this changing new notes stuff, I just go to hsbc any time and they get it done for me, at ambank I was told they only change new notes till 1.30.

For so many yrs with hsbc I din receive any calls regarding selling me products. Only down side is their airport lounge limit sucks

which PB have free ice cream ? free premium ice cream or potong ice cream ?

I have been a priority banking customer of Citibank, standard charteerd, cimb, ocbc and maybank. All I can say the service all depends on your relationship manager.

Sometimes quite paiseh to go take coffee / ice cream because nobody take.
Usually walk-in no customer queue

Walk in and take only, no reason to feel paiseh because it’s there for refreshments

Yes why not? Gleneagle's CIMB I do that whenever I'm at the hospital. Take a coffee, enjoy some aircond and reading materials, then ciao.

i went to one of the CIMB PB, no coffee no cookie, apa pun x ada & their counter always no staff there, example 4 counter only 1 counter have staff there.

its CIMB preferred or prime?
