You are really asking suspicious questions man, why do u need to know which way has a faster effect? Is it to sleep? Or are u planning on doping somebody?

i tried to eat but it dont make me sleepy. only make me feel a bit 'blur' only.

So i wonder is it better to swallow as pill or make it powder 1st ? or better to mix with other pills ?

i think you are supposed to take it before u go to sleep - then let the drug take effect while u r in bed ..... so the 'blur'ness will translate into sleep ?

You took the whole 15mg dormicum tablet and you said "so so only"  shocking.gif  shocking.gif ?

I would say it is either your body is starting to immune to sleeping pill and you require more doses or you use dormicum for other purpose ?

Don't abuse drugs, trust me, is gonna harm your health.

I could've say say that my body quite immune to sleeping pills lol ....

Even i took it doesnt affect me much, even for my first dormicum.

though it's mild but enough for me already, i only take quarter out of the already small pill

but then, i hope not to use it again la, now i rely on exercise to make me tired and go to bed naturally, i think this is better

if u really wanna sleep nicely u can take Erimin 5mg but that is illiger
or u can find the doctor asking for valium 10mg this one is ok not touching the rules

if u take domicium u will forget alot of thing that u did last night that is really very strong but short acting pill

notice dont take too offen if not u will face to withdrawal symptoms one u quite

for domicium u can take half pill over 15mg might be better

any way do not mix with alcohol or any beer with this pill or else i will going to kill youself in the future

i can get Dormicum/Erimin/Valium/somese easier,i just sugguest u take it for sleep but not for other purpose

also do not over doze,if u got withdrawal symptoms also no problem i got way to help u

the benzo's i.e valium (all the *zepams) ideally you shouldnt take more than 2-4 weeks. and ideally you shoulnt withdraw quickly. the dose should go down wards slowly or you'll get a rebound effect and have anxiety. it will also loose its effect overtime.
need i not to mention they are addictive if not used properly.

like younkies mentioned the 'Z' drugs, zolpidem, zopicone are particularly bad on side effects. your best bet would be try to slowly acclimatise your sleeping pattern and try find out the cause/reasons of your anxiety like are you subconsciously worrying about something?
something that has been bothering you that has not resolved?
excessive work stress?
have you had any traumatic event in the past?
had any panic attacks?
irritable?
poor concentration?
any specific phobias identified?
do you have other co-morbidity? (like suffering from another chronic disease?)
bad sleeping posture?
bad sleeping hygine?(i.e. having a coffee dinner time? or coke? or drinks wif caffiene?)
another thing that i can say about beverages is dont drink(alcohol) before sleeping. it affects your sleep.
some people will argue that its a depressant, but your body attempts to compensates for that initially and you might feel drowsy initially but when the alcohol wears off it'll have a rebound effect. people who are having trouble sleeping are more prone to this effect.
a glass of milk b4 sleeping might probably help as well?

you might want to consult a specialist on this matter as i dont think the general GP's have the specialisation required for you since you've tried practically all the mainstream meds already

It's just that your biological clock is messed up. Try adjusting it accordingly and yu won't be dependent on sleeping pills anymore.

Go au naturel!

Im having a mild anxiety but have yet to try sleeping pills after doing research on it. Atarax on the other hand stated to be mild.

Mind if i ask how mild it is? Mild as in u tend to gets up easily when theres a physical contact like hand patting or making a few quite loud noises ?
