I scheduled daily transfer SI.
It's quite offer that there is no transfer happen in some day for this October
Such as 12/10, 10/10, 8/10, 6/10, 1/10 have no daily transfer performed.

today scheduled transfer (13/10) not performed, no notification pop out.
ytd 12/10, message pop out failed on scheduled transfer, but when login checked, transfer was completed

recently personally feel that the scheduled transfer not reliable. perhaps can raise issue to them

I experienced similarly today, except the first notification told me that the transaction has been done, followed up unsucessful notification short after but when I check Atlas and my recipient bank, it shows the transaction went through

i am having issue to register, failed at eKYC, anyone has any idea?

Trying call their support number because they have issues ekyc processing server

Most like the image is captured but not able to process and once you call the support they will clear the cache and you have reinstall and it should work fine from it
