The scheduled transfer didn’t happen at 7PM
Now 11PM also no transfer

since you wonder about it. I tried to test schedule trf to GX Bank. It apparently happens at 7PM, which I think quite late. From my experience CIMB schedule trf is the most convenient. It happens at around 5.30Am - 6.30Am ish.

i cancel the old one and recreate another.... see if it works from Tomorrow (18/8 onwards)

Scored 13s for the game but looks like the time is cap at 15s the fastest

ianhooi i think can. bcos when i online bank into Atlas, have to key in acct number for Muamalat also

Did a manual transfer to Al-Rajhi (fka RIZE) vua DuitNow (MyKad)... today still didnt receive.

Should i complain to Atlas or Al-Rajhi ?

See what they reply..... If they said their side no issues....

i had message Atlas CS and they informed not able to use CDM at Bank Muamalat for Atlas account.

how about if the CS is wrong?

if a bank CS is wrong, then it's the bank concern and not our concern.
we did not pay their salary.
you may lodge a complaint against them if you are free to do so.
