Nowadays if a patient that I am seeing complains of long waiting time or short consult I just ask them to make a formal complaint via sispa.

like my friend said why does he have to go down to the radiology unit to talk to a radiology MO , when nowadays we have phone call. hesee a patient in the clinic , gotta run to the radiology unit about 5-10 mins, then tell them the case without the computer right in front of him, then run back to the clinic to see the patient who has been waiting for 30 mins just for him to say "sorry radiology team say this scan cannot do today, u wait 2-3 months"
when people refer to surgeon do they need to run into the operating theatre and present the case to them?
this is utter inefficiency.
