Cukur
4 doctor sudah cukup
Kerajaan banyak berjimat

Kalau boleh, increase the working hours to 24 hours per doc per day.

Theres nothing free in life. Something gotta give. Gov run on a limited budget. You want a utopia in kkm singgek public healthcare? Be prepared to pay more in SST…. Probably 10 to 12% next year onwards:

Yes — Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim explicitly linked the SST increase to funding public services like healthcare and education.

On June 20, 2025, while addressing Finance Ministry staff, Anwar explained that expanding the SST is a way to reclaim subsidies and redirect that money to schools and hospitals:

“What we’re doing now is removing those subsidies… Through this, we save RM4 billion. And what is that RM4 billion for? It goes to the schools and hospitals.”

He further clarified that the move isn’t about penalising citizens but about broadening the tax base to support crucial services — including increased funding for the Ministry of Health — as part of broader fiscal reforms ().

So yes, Anwar did say that the SST expansion (raising service tax from 6% to 8%, along with a broader sales tax) is part of the government’s strategy to boost revenue to support the healthcare budget.

You know, during the last meeting with the hospital higher ups to discuss the ongoing manpower shortage at the outpatient specialist clinic....

Their solution to the long wait time (>90 mins) was to set a time limit of 5 minutes for each patient.

Lmao as if all our patients are straight-forward cases, some need surgeon consultation, some need outgoing referral or imaging.

free market they say. doktor sudah cukup gaji, apasal tak puas lagi? kalau tak suka keluar la, ni free market.

then when free market means doctors migrating, and those left behind so little that each patient has 5 mins with a doctor after spending 3 hours waiting..... the same kind of person will go "woi wtf dr pemalas dalam klinik , yang lain tamak semua dah keluar , kasi halang mereka dari bekerja luar negara!!! pengkhianat !!!"

wait... what's free market again?

seen before many kturds say that, and they say aiya other industry also same ma what makes dr special.

sohai meh, if follow other industry, all the best dr wil already value their services at rm1000 per consult and people will have no choice but to go. dont sohai to compare diff industry where there is real free market.
