Maxis offer additional RM500. For ip15PM 256, it is up to RM3275 just now I checked. But maxis need to tie in to their contract lorrr..

Seriously, unless one really need the postpaid contract to pay the new phone under instalment else seriously no pt to subscribe postpaid plan to get the iPhone.

As iPhone without contract (even at full retail price) + cheap monthly prepaid plan is way cheaper. Not to mention to wait for one month or less, authorised dealer or online platform shopping vouchers will make the phone even cheaper. And online platform or even authorised dealer can also buy at instalments.

Some may argue that postpaid bill payment can be auto which no need to top up and buy plan etc. but all these can be done by celcomdigi prepaid also. It can work like postpaid even.

i feel buy iphone with telco contract only make sense if the user working company provide subsidy for phone, period
if own money pay postpaid plan just to get phone cheaper, which is dumb for now, since telco plan and data quota provides now is very cheap
and you also got the point that now prepaid also can renew monthly automatically right, unlike many years ago, ppls tend to forget to reload

I think it also depends on how much one values pocket-ability. Most of my guy friends are all using Pro Max for the bigger battery and screen estate. But I do agree with you it’s a pain to put it in your jeans pocket especially if it’s the skinny or slim fit types, haha…

I was so sure I was gonna go orange, then I watched the keynote and thought maybe the blue would be a safer choice coz the contrast on the glass and the frame of the orange looked a bit more pronounced and not as subtle. Then I watched more YouTube hands-on videos last night and thought the orange was cool. And now, less than 12 hours before the pre-order, I still can’t decide. Hahaha…
