No la. Ours is still the same variant i.e. 1 physical SIM+1 eSIM.

hope apple slowly makes the rest of countries esim only also. apple can eliminate physical sims from stubborn telcos. 

not to mention that battery life is better for esim only models.

this probably also explain why they need to make iphone Air esim only also. 

and interesting thing iPhone Air has no number after the model name like the rest of iphone 17 series. 

it is not even called iPhone Air 17.

so far most countries have telcos offer esims i believe. even china has esim but selected telco and not all, this is why esim is a deal breaker there.

i want to buy iphone Air instead. more appealing to me. 

find that the cloud white or light gold or sky blue are within my radar.

They really are squeezing all the remaining free space on the us iphone for battery (hence the no sim slot).
