most peoples that bought elmina usually already working in kl. they just moved there. relocating living places is easier than relocating jobs.

I remembered staying there bukit subang during my college days. 2005-2010 Apartment Cendana.
Its basically tempat jin bertendang whre we only have 1 petronas, 1 7e, 1 mamak, and 1 grocery shop. traffic is nonexsistence same like human. you can lay down in the middle of the road and nobody would bothers you. lol

In 2023 we booked a unit at Elmina East, house there are really good. Loan also approved already. But after thinking long and hard, never follow through. It's a madness driving into KL day in and day out. So glad we never got it, somemore nowdays offices are all mostly back to 5 days WFO. Beli je lah subsale landed kat KL.

There supposed to have direct access to dash from elimina or Denai alam but resident there petition kow kow using all t20 connections. Now suffering themselves
