But they are very much lacking- international school, hospital, good mall.
And remember- SD Memang not good at their commercial.

Well- hope the master plan is complete and not so much more new development ba. Else traffics will only get worse.
Let see if they start building more condo/mix development.

And oh ya…. No LRT and MRT too

So…. WFH and Study from home is the way forward.

if one makes a living out of remote based work then it is fine

I cannot brain those people staying outskirt, have no access to mass transit, then everyday need to wake up at 5am to fetch kids to daycare/school, then going to work, arrive office earlier then just sleep in the car

end of the month pay maintenance fee but hardly got time to enjoy the landscape sceneries

really cannot brain

Yes it's true, Puncak Alam is too far to go anywhere. You buy at Setia Alam is much better than Puncak Alam.

Becos of jungle and "greenery". Natural human instinct. Developers know this and will cash in on this.

The vast majority of humans do not realize is, Money/Development and Environment cannot mix.

If developers had their way, there won't be any greenery in the entire Klang Valley. Last time the jungle at Elmina is a big big jungle. Got Orang Asli villages there also. All got evicted and the entire forest got chopped down in turbo mode during Toyol time.
