Might as well buy high rise at mature township and near to town centre/working place, by age 50+ baru decide which dream house u wanna stay.

From USJ to Ara Damansara to Putra Heights kek

Majority of the wall slanted (not by design), found out when taking measurement for built ins

Pipes from the water tank heading to the rooms across the ceiling not anchored so once i install booster pump started leaking one by one at the joints.

But roof tiles i give it to them. Bland but actually tahan very long. My current place one slightly older than Ara but showing its age

indeed. at this point might be as well you wait till u get your kwsp and buy your dream house. u start working at 25 and till 55 torturing yourself everyday, imagine your mental health by the time u reach 55.

I am not surprised in 10-20 years time sungai sepat, morib area , will be filled with condos after condos and gomen will build 2-3 highway connecting to KL/NKVE

Really dont make sense. Pipe stretching say 10-15m horizontally just leave it hanging. No pump ok la no kick but once you got pump that f-er gonna rattle until the joints come loose

I mean even if you factor in the future owner wont install pump anchoring it at a few places will make it tidy right?

maybe there are resistance to development in areas outside of Klang Valley. Want to acquire land and built new infra (especially highways ) also hard . Sure got politicals groups goreng into RnR issue to "champion" the rakyats. suddenly cost to build even a single stretch of road become x10 . How to spur further development and welcome private investors to flock there ?


Look at the more developed areas/states and see demographics there also know which group more welcome development (and reap both its benefits and problems, traffic jams/overpopulation etc) .

the group that want things as they enjoyed 30 years ago, laidback and all .... ended up causing their offsprings to venture out to more developed cities to make a living.

So built in contractors had to adjust abit

Not expecting perfect straight la but i think got several cm difference from bottom to say 5-6 feet up? The contractor was also saying very shoddy, he doesnt need to adjust so much for other projects

Comfort and convenience trumps greenery for old ppl and besides once you old lioa you dont need to wake up early and brave jam. As and when you like you go makan, walk the park, jalan2 with wife

Like our old buddy rainman in sg long la. I bet he is full time camped inside that enclave no reason to keluar
