 employees tak suka dia tak datang kerja how?

If blue collar can pay incentive. White collar can give warning letters, less bonus and promote colleague of same joining period.

Same for staff who suka2 every 30 mins take smoke break for 10-15 mins. Yang tak rokok keep working, how? Then another break twice a day. Lunch, tea break..berak. HR pon pening.

potong allowance if came late to work yes, potong gaji gaji if came late to work is wrong already

you guys need to revisit back this book lah . so many clueless ppl here.

Last time my budak really Suka Suka ambil leave one.

1 month sure got 1-2 MC plus 1-2 unpaid leave.

MC I dunno what a budak age 25 will always sick.
But I know la he always go drink late night. Sure can't wake up and take MC type

- Can, but if kicimiao incentive tak payah waste time & resources to implement. Staff tak pandang sangat if kicimiao.
- No legal obligation on increment part (subject to minimum wages law).

Allowances bukan Gaji though, they keep your gaji as it is, they only cut your allowances, maybe say your salary made out of 70% Salary, and 30% allowances, they cut your allowances for utilizing MC.

Some Japanese company cut your bonus, cause they pay hefty up to 6 months bonus in a year.

Engineering field though, I have 2 friends being tied to these and they just keep working there. Maybe the pay really good.

Last time covid time company warning him for allowance cut if he kena covid again, cause he get caught with covid twice.

And they "in a good faith" scare u spread to family or getting caught with virus from out there, provided u hostel to stay in the field so u don't have to go home so u can continue work on time.

True setori from my friend working in one of the factory opposed by Mamak last time.

As long as u got documentation to show company acted in good faith and already kasi chance

Few years ago my ex-company deduct my salary due to lateness, can i use back the payslip to sue them?
