 employees tak suka dia tak datang kerja how?

for those existing staff, can offer them new package, if dont take up new offer forever no increment? is it legal?

Same for staff who suka2 every 30 mins take smoke break for 10-15 mins. Yang tak rokok keep working, how? Then another break twice a day. Lunch, tea break..berak. HR pon pening.
