Anybody have issue with Shopback? I bought my S25 on 25th Jan 2025 from the Education store. The total cashback was 3.0% + 0.5% for Shopback Plus, so 3.5% in all.
But they only approve 2.5%. They claim the base cashback was 2.0%.
How to escalate the matter? There's been many back and forth and I can't go back and see what the promo is back then but I am 100% certain I'm correct.
It was also not tracked initially, I had to write in twice to get them to grant me a manual cashback, which was for 1.0% initially and then another 2.5%. The 2.5% has been approved but the 1.0% has been rejected.
I had the same issue, just log case to them, then they will check. My case, still not solved unfortunately. They are blaming samsung end on this.
Initial response

As outlined in Samsung's terms and conditions, it may take up to 30 days from the date of purchase for the correct cashback rate to be reflected.

Then i waited over 30days (my purchase was on 2/2) before i replied the same email (11th March) with the same case ID. then, they asked for samsung receipt.
After receipt sent, their response (13th March) till now.
"We have forwarded this to the relevant team for further investigation and advice, however this will take a longer days than expected and we currently not able to provide a solid timeline which would appreciate your kind patience with us.
Once we have heard back from the relevant team, we will reach out to you at the earliest. Thank you again for your kind understanding!"
